The staff provided exceptional service, arranging taxis and excursions that enhanced our experience immensely. Breakfast featured fresh Mediterranean dishes that were delightful, and lounging by the pool offered a much-needed getaway from the hustle and bustle. minor issues like a fruit fly infestation and inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity in our room detracted from our enjoyment. Dinner options were limited and left room for improvement.

the riad is really beautiful and had a relaxing vibe. the staff were super friendly and helped us with everything from excursions to dinner arrangements. they even surprised me with a birthday cake, which was so sweet! loved chilling on the terrace with some drinks and the breakfasts were delicious and fresh. also enjoyed the spa, best hamman ever!

the room was a bit basic and could use more lighting. the pool was kinda cold, even for november.

Charming rooftop terrace for relaxation.

The hot water pressure in our smaller room was terrible, and I found the overall cleanliness to be lacking. It was disappointing to notice that the bed linens didn't seem fresh. the service felt impersonal and a bit forced, leaving a hollow impression despite the beautiful surroundings.

the oliviers was an amazing place to stay for a week. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore. the lovely breakfast options were a great start to the day. the team was super attentive and helped arrange fun excursions, which made our family trip even better. we loved the beautiful full-service spa for some pampering too.
